Return Policy

 

Free Return 30-days warranty against manufacturer's defects**:

We guarantee all products against manufacturer's defects for 30 days from the receipt of shipment.  Please note that intentionally damaged or mis-used products will void the warranty.  If you receive a wrong item; defective or damaged merchandise, you may return FREE*, email us at info@funsac.com with your name, item purchase and invoice number, our customer service representative will arrange for the return and reply your email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).  Please note that for Moni Moni bags: imperfections, veins, marks and shades are characteristics of Moni Moni product and will not be considered as defective or damaged.  This is because Moni Moni bags are handmade by washing and dying the handbags after they are sewn to create their signature vintage look and super supple textures.  Note: The maximum shipping reimbursement for damaged item return is US$10.

If for any reasons, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused brand new merchandises with original tag, original box and packaging for a prompt refund or exchange.  Please email us at info@funsac.com with a your name, invoice number, within 30 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep. We will provide you an RA No. and shipping address for return. (Due to some reason, occasionally your important emails could go to the spam folder. So be sure to check the spam folder in your mail.)  Please ship the items back with the RA No. on the top of your package within 7 days.

Note: We will not accept any request for a return and/or exchange without the RA No. Return package should have RA No. on the top of the package

Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs including the original shipping charges if you want a refund or exchange. 

We will credit the full purchase price, any taxes, minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and arrange for his/her own shipping method.  All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging.  ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, MISUSED, INTENTIONALLY DAMAGED, AND/OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. ITEMS WITH THE TAGS ALTERED OR REMOVED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.   You must arrange your return or exchange within the 7-day period specified above.  It is strongly recommended to use a trackable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Refund process

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
